
Over a million residents in New Jersey are served by the NJ Turnpike. Lionheart EMC has had the honor of providing commissioning and inspections for Industrial Wastewater and MEP systems across various sites.

The construction of a supermarket in Saker - Shoprite provides a community with access to fresh food, local supplier support and employment. Lionheart EMC had the honor of commissioning 68 refrigeration machines, 21 Roof Top units, and over 200MBH heat recovery hot water heaters as part of the NJ Pay 4 Performance Program.

At the heart of Harlem, New York, LSA's Family health Center has provided the city with access to food, education, and clothing. In support of an effort to decarbonize the facility, Lionheart EMC has worked with LSA to provide Retro-commissioning services through NYSERDA's FlexTech Program.

This historic building has provided shelter to over 300 residents of Newark. In order to modernize the facility's HVAC system, significant electrical upgrades were required inclusive of the replacement of a 3,000 Amp swichgear and new electrical infrastructure for the installation of AC units. Lionheart EMC has supported the YMCA as an Owner's Rep and Project Manager.

A Church can be both a Power Plant of Faith and a Hospital for the broken in any city. Located in Newark, this historic Church underwent a gut rehabilitation which incorporated the installation of a new Hydronic Heating Plant, AC units, lighting installation and electrical infrastructure repair. Lionheart EMC's management of trades helped with a successful opening in April of 2025

Burlington Distribution Center has provided employment for the city of Edgewater New Jersey for hundreds of full time and part time workers. To support the replacement of aging infrastructure, Lionheart EMC provided Energy Management Services for the replacement of 68 (25) ton AC units, a roof replacement, and VRF installation through PSE&G's Custom Program.

Consultants, Contractors, and facility owner's tend to struggle with getting the most out of the eyes and ears of their facility, the Building Management System. With this in mind, Lionheart EMC has provided presentations, seminars, and coaching to support the successful adoption of standards for BMS design, programming and installation.

The Lion and The Lab is an entity that supports open source education and innovation in engineering and energy systems for the public at large. With sessions dedicated to technical reviews, and interviews with subject matter experts, The Lion and The Lab's goal is to become a resource for those inside and outside of the MEP community.
